Founder, Director

Param is an IT industry veteran who has worked with Infosys Technologies for 14+ years. His passion for music led him to found Mavrix so that he could focus his energies on catering to an underserved market that he was a part of – Indian music lovers. He is an inveterate music geek and loves discovering, researching and analyzing music. When he can find the time, he enjoys singing karaoke duets with his wife. He lives in Bangalore with his wife and two kids.

Santosh is the man charged with the responsibility of building India’s most comprehensive music database. He has about 5 years of experience with Infosys BPO where he helped a Fortune 500 client with its back-office functions. He has a proven track-record of consistent performance throughout his career. Music is his passion and some friends believe that he can listen to music 18 hours a day (he dreams of music the other 6 hours!). With his role in Mavrix, his passion and his job are perfectly aligned! He is married and lives in Bangalore.
